These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the App and any related services provided by Triveni Global Software Services LLP (the "Developer", "we", "us", or "our").

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) and have the legal right to enter into these Terms. If you are under the required age, do not use the App.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the App in any unlawful way

The App scans and helps manage media stored on your device, including photos and videos. You remain solely responsible for the media on your device and for decisions to delete content.

The App includes a Contact Management feature that, with your permission, reads and writes your device contacts to help you find duplicates, identify incomplete records, and clean up your address book.

• Permission: The App requests iOS Contacts read & write access. Without it, the Contact Management tab is unavailable but all other features work normally.
• Scanning: The App scans your address book for duplicate contacts (by name, phone, or email) and contacts missing key fields. This runs entirely on-device each time you open the tab or trigger a rescan.
• Merge: When you tap Merge All, the App consolidates selected duplicate contacts into one record and removes the rest via the iOS Contacts API. The result is written to your device address book.
• Delete: Deleting contacts removes them permanently from your address book. This cannot be undone within the App — recovery requires an iCloud or device backup. Review your selection carefully before confirming.
• Free users: Contact merge and delete actions for free-tier users require watching an interstitial ad or upgrading to Pro. The ad gate is enforced before any destructive action is taken.
• Pro users: Pro subscribers can merge and delete contacts without watching ads.

The Private Vault is a PIN-protected secure area within the App where you can store photos and videos privately on your device. By using the Vault you agree to the following terms.

• PIN setup: You must create a 4-digit PIN to activate the Vault. Your PIN is stored in the iOS Keychain (hardware-encrypted) and never transmitted to us. Keep your PIN safe — there is no recovery mechanism if you forget it and have uninstalled and reinstalled the App.
• Face ID / Touch ID: You may optionally enable biometric unlock. This uses Apple's LocalAuthentication framework. Biometric data never passes through our code.
• Lockout: After 5 failed PIN attempts, access is locked for 5 minutes. Repeated incorrect attempts may indicate unauthorised access. We are not liable for any loss resulting from a locked Vault.
• Fresh install: On a fresh install (uninstall + reinstall), stale Keychain data from the previous installation is automatically cleared. This means your previous PIN will no longer work and you must set a new PIN. Any Vault files from the previous installation will be deleted along with the app data.
• Import from gallery: When you import media into the Vault, the original file remains in your Photos library unless you explicitly delete it. The Vault stores a separate copy.
• Export: You may export Vault items back to your Photos library at any time. The item remains in the Vault until you explicitly delete it.
• Deletion: Deleting a Vault item permanently removes it from the Vault folder. Deleted items are not moved to any system "Recently Deleted" folder — deletion is immediate and irreversible within the App.
• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you store in the Vault and for maintaining access to your PIN. We are not liable for content loss resulting from forgotten PINs, device loss, or app uninstallation.
• Camera capture: Photos and videos captured through the Vault camera are saved directly to the Vault and are not written to your camera roll unless you export them.

The Video Compress tab allows you to reduce the file size of videos stored on your device by selecting a compression quality level — Low, Medium, or High. By using this feature you agree to the following terms.

• On-device processing: Compression is handled by a native iOS process invoked directly on your device. No video content, metadata, or compression output is sent to our servers or retained by us at any stage.
• Output saved locally: The compressed video is saved directly to your device's photo library. The original video remains on your device until you explicitly choose to delete it.
• Keep both or remove original: After a successful compression you may keep both the original and the compressed copy, or delete the original. Deleting the original is permanent and subject to iOS "Recently Deleted" behaviour; review iOS recovery mechanics before confirming.
• Free users: Free-tier users must watch an interstitial ad before each compression. The ad is shown before the compression begins. If no ad is available, compression will not proceed until an ad can be loaded.
• Pro users: Pro subscribers can compress videos without watching ads and without any per-compression gate.
• Quality levels: The App offers three compression levels — Low (highest compression, smallest file), Medium (balanced), and High (least compression, largest resulting file). Results depend on the source video's codec, resolution, and content; we make no guarantee of a specific output size or quality.
• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for reviewing the compressed output before deleting the original. We are not liable for any quality loss, playback issues, or data loss resulting from compression or deletion of the original file.
• Library permission: The feature requires the same photo library permission used by the rest of the App. Revoking this permission disables the Video Compress tab along with all other media features.

• Available Plans:
  • Weekly: $7.99/week — auto-renews every 7 days
  • Yearly: $24.99/year — auto-renews annually (Best Value)
• Free Trial: 7-day free trial available on the Yearly plan. You will not be charged during the trial period.
• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
• Cancellation: You can cancel anytime by going to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device. Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund the current period.
• Trial Cancellation: Cancel during the free trial to avoid any charge. Cancellation must happen at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

If you purchase premium features or a subscription, payments are handled through the platform's billing system (e.g., Apple). Available plans: Weekly at $7.99/week and Yearly at $24.99/year.

• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or the platform's refund policies
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. See the Auto-Renewable Subscription Disclosure section above for full details.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions via Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device

All intellectual property rights in the App and its content are owned by the Developer or its licensors. You retain all rights in your own media.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Developer from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the App.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for conduct we consider harmful or for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Developer is established. Any dispute will be resolved in that jurisdiction's courts unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We may modify these Terms. We will post the updated Terms in the App or on the linked pages and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
